Lungile Zondi

Lungile Zondi is a graduate of the University of Fort Hare (BA Social Science) and the University of Zululand (BA Social Science Honours). She has also qualified in Advanced Labour Law (RAU) and Management Advancement (Wits Business School).

Lungile has extensive experience as a Labour Relations Consultant, specializing in ADR for more than 20 years. She has her own company and clients. Lungile is an experienced, mediator, arbitrator, facilitator, disciplinary- grievance and appeal processor and trainer, proving her skills to various sectors and industries. Lungile is an ex part-time Commissioner for the CCMA as well as a number of Bargaining Councils. She is also an ex part-time Conciliator for the Pension Fund Adjudicators Office, ex-member of the Gauteng Rental Tribunal as vice-chair and GEMS Dispute Resolution. Lungile has also been a Tokiso Panellist.

Lungile is currently on the Conflict Dynamics, Mediate Works and Levy Africa panel of trainers. In addition, she has been an independent trustee for Anglo Platinum Employee, SAB share ownership scheme and Samancor ESOP. Lungile is also a Non-Executive Director for Ponahalo Capital, Holdings and Investment.

Lungile is available to train in English, Zulu and Xhosa.
